After receiving the children, all of the families quickly exited the hotel and boarded a bus back to our hotel. There were several buses and many other families arriving at the hotel to receive their children. The children were crying and confused, so we all hurried to leave and try to comfort and help them bond and adjust to their new families and surroundings. After we arrived back at our hotel, we sat together as a family in awe and in love with this beautiful baby girl we had been blessed with. Katherine grabbed tight and held onto her big brother's finger as she slept. It was one of those beautiful, "priceless" moments.

This is a picture of Cindy Wu, our guide, introducing a representative from the CCAA and the Orphanage Directors from the different orphanges the children came from. Even though the children might have been in foster care, they were all affiliated with an orphange somewhere in the Guangxi Autonomous Region.

These are pictures of the room at the hotel where we received Katherine. It was bright and cheery and very child friendly. This was taken just before the rest of the families entered the room where we all waited very patiently but very anxiously for the children to arrive.
